The Symmetry7 Balance Sheet

The Symmetry7 Balance Sheet is a compilation of your goals, dreams, and progress. We consistently work on creating magic in our lives to fulfill ourselves while living in alignment with our values. It is also the place where we track our financial progress including our income, expenses, net worth, and financial freedom. These Balance Sheets are shared during all events and on calls for those Members who are not able to attend every event. We are committed to supporting each other through successes, growth, and challenges. Because we intimately and bravely share about all areas of our lives, often we find that our relationships run deeper than our closest friendships.

Symmetry7 Calls & Sistering Partners

Between our events, our Symmetry7 Calls and Sistering Partners serve as the way we keep in touch and stay accountable to our goals so we can live our most intentional, fulfilled lives. Our calls allow for deep dives on challenges faced by our Members to really take advantage of all the brainpower and energy in the mastermind. Our version of Sistering comes not only from the sibling definition of Sistering but also from the carpentry definition of Sistering which refers to reinforcing a structure by adding additional materials, typically by adding a board to an existing one. Sistering in Symmetry7 can take many forms - phone calls, text messages, accountability, interactions on various apps, visits, etc - but it always requires you to define what support looks like for you, allowing yourself to receive that support from your Sistering Partner as well as supporting your partner in any way she desires. This is also your best opportunity to form closer friendships with fellow Members.

  • Speak with integrity and say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love. This agreement emphasizes the importance of speaking truthfully and constructively, recognizing the power of language to shape our realities.

  • Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering. This agreement encourages personal freedom and emotional resilience by advising individuals not to internalize the opinions and actions of others..

  • Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life. This agreement underlines the importance of clear communication and understanding in preventing unnecessary conflict and misunderstandings.

  • Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret. This agreement focuses on the importance of effort and action without self-criticism, encouraging individuals to apply themselves fully regardless of the situation's circumstances.

We use The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz as our guiding principles to create love and safety for every member, emphasizing radical honesty, unwavering integrity, self-acceptance and brave authenticity.
